Dear Nayan B Anand. All the branches of LPU are good in terms of placement whether it is engineering or management or design or any other. Being alumni of LPU, let me share a few details of placement at LPU. I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU made a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Engineering- Rs. 42 LPA
Management- Rs. 21 LPA (SOBHA Developers)
Design- Rs. 36.5 LPA (SIXT India)
Agriculture- Rs. 19.25 LPA
Amazon recruited LPU students on a package of 28 LPA
Internship Stipend- 80,000 per month. (which is really hard to get in other universities)
The reason why LPU has better placement records than other universities is because of its unique career cell. It enables students in getting relevant work experience to complement their studies and develop appropriate skills and knowledge. Resume writing, aptitude development workshops among other activities are hosted for the overall development of students and prepare them to crack the interviews easily. Right from Google to Apple, students of LPU are working worldwide. I will enlist a few names of companies to brand that visit LPU for placements and alumni are working, also, where my friends work: Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cognizant, Leadsquared, BOSCH, Concentrix, IBM, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Trident Group, Infineon, KPMG, Colgate-Palmolive, Morgan Stanley, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, and the list still goes on. Recently, LPU achieved the Guinness World Records title of "the largest online video album of people saying the same sentence, " where students are thanking LPU for making them a part of its the largest PLACEMENT NETWORK!
Outlook has ranked LPU 5th among the top 50 private state universities
LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. I hope this helps!
