Dear Student,
As you are already doing graduation, you will have to qualify with top ranks in GATE exam to get admission into IIT PG course namely M.Tech. in VLSI design or other electronics specialization.
Also the second option though not much good but if you are crazy about IITs only, JMET is for MBA from IITs, IIT Bombay is certainly good though others are just average for that MBA degree.
