Acharya Institute is a decent Institute affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University & approved by AICTE. They have decent pool of companies coming on their campus for recruitment like American Express, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, CCD etc.
I would also suggest you to visit the Institute Campus once to have first hand information on placements, infrastructure, study material & faculty etc. Try & talk to the current batch students to get the clarity on the level of study & also try and get information about faculty background.

There is a platter with choices that you can opt after completing graduation in Economics but depending on your career interest you may decide as to which of these would be a best option.
In general, you can opt for courses like Masters in Economics, MBE (Business Economics), MBA, Banking & Insurance (Actuaries). You can opt for either of these and other options as per your interests.

Dear Student,
Considering the fact that you are to opt for distance degree, Symbiosis, Amity and SMU are decent options, preferably join SCDL i.e. Symbiosis.
Also do remember your future placements and jobs will depend on your own skill set and profile because you are doing your degree from distance.
Nevertheless, Curriculum designed by Symbiosis for distance education of MBA is a good one.
And fees being updated every year by most of the Institutes, so you should check the official website of the respective university / institute for the updated and exact fee structure.
