Hi,
To opt for further studies first you need to analyis what are your interests areas and what do you want to achieve through that degree or program you opt for.
Generally the people of your department opt for an MBA program but if you want to opt something related to your field of graduation, you can go for Masters Program in streams like Robotics, Thermodynamics, and Nanotechnology or can go for Masters in Engineering Mangement.
I would suggest first you should ponder on what is it that you want to pursue and achieve then decide on the kind of course you should go for.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In

Hi,
Let me answer your second query first, CWA is a specialised program which is related to Cost Accounting it would give you a good career in finance & accountaing but if you are looking for a career in Management then you should opt for MBA.
Coming to your first question Distance Learning MBA is just to gain theoratical knowledge & has a little or I should say no value in the Job Market.
