Hi,
For French I would suggest Alliances Franaises, Department of Foreign Languages (University of Pune), Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Languages. For Japanese also you can consider the above mentioned Institutes except Alliances Franaises and also consider R V Institute of Foreign Languages.

There are many aspects that you should consider while deciding on a location / country. Though US is most sought destination by the international candidates due to availability of opportunities, other destinations like UK, Australia have also geared up due to relaxation of the standardized test for the international candidates.
The admission procedure and the eligibility criteria varies in different location and hence initially you would have to finalize on the location before moving further.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

hey, actually your query is not clear as to when you have a gap:either you have completed your BSc or pursuing it.if you have a gap year after your graduation that is not a problem for appearing for various exams that are to take place in the coming months.you just need to prepare youself to explain the reason in the process of interviews .so start preparing for your mba entrance exams like CAT,MAT ,XAT and refer to various sites as to which colleges accept which exams.refer back for any more queries.best of luck.
