Yes you can. But only one of them can be full time course. However there are several institutes that do not allow and recognize such degrees. But if you want to do this for pure learning and skill enhancement, you can most certainly do it.

There is nothing as best in MBA . It depends upon your interest, as to what you find interesting and suits you the best. If we talk about most emerging MBA fields then core domain MBA programs like oil and gas management, Logistics Management, Port and Shipping, Aviation etc comes on the top. These specializations are quite unique, new and have more opportunities than any other traditional MBA courses. You can go for UPES Dehradoon, school of petroleum management gandhinagar for such courses. Among these UPES featured a good placement last year. All the best.

There are certain IIMs that place a lot of value on undergrad percentage. However there are few who place very little value on Undergrad percentage. For example: IIM Calcutta and IIM Lucknow. But to get to these colleges you will need to score more than 99.6-99.7 percentile in CAT with more than 95 percentile in both sections. Now you can't change your UG percentage, however if you do really well in CAT, you have a decent chance of getting into IIMA / IIMC and IIML .

IIMA has placed a lot of value on 10th and 12th percentage in the past. However last year they placed very little weightage to 10th, 12th and UG percentage. Hence the CAT percentile cutoff was 99.7. Hence, needless to say you will need to do extremely well in CAT. Also IIMA assigns significant value to diversity factor. Given not a lot of B.Com students apply for CAT, I believe you will have some advantage with respect to diversity factor. Hence in short, you stand as good a chance as anyone else appearing for CAT 2016.

The fee structure is as follows:
The tuition fees is Rs. 4 lacs for the entire two year MBA programme. The hostel fees is around Rs. 80,000 for two years inclusive of mess charges. Therefore the total fees for the entire MBA programme is around Rs. 4.8 lacs.

I believe FMS is best suited MBA college for you then. It has very reputed finance faculty as well as the annual fee is lowest among all business schools. As far as placements are concerned, historically there has always been 100 percent placement. That said, there are multiple MBA colleges that provide scholarships/fee assistance to students who have financial constraints. For example all the IIMs. I would suggest do not worry too much about the fee structure, give your best shot at entrance examinations and after you have options available, pick whatever works ou for you best.
