Hello Mohan.
IMED has good placements records every tear. Almost 90% of the students gets placed every tear from the college. A lot of big brands cone to recruit the students from campus. The average salary pacakge is between 4-5 lpa. The higest package offered is around 14 lpa.

It would depend on what kind of MBA you want to do. There are a lot of specialized MBA programs that you can pick or you can go for general MBA as well. Having said that, majority of MBA colleges in India accept CAT scores. While few of them accept MAT and GMAT as well. XLRI conducts its own written entrance test called XAT. Depending on your choice of MBA, prepare for these examinations. Majority of these examinations have three broad sections, Quantitative abilities, Verbal Abilities and Logical reasoning. Yes, paid clinical fellowships are available. You must go through certain verification processes and obtain work permit of the particular country. For example: if you apply for University of Calgary in Canada, your credentials must be verified through the Physician Credential Registry of Canada (PCRC). As an MBBS you are eligible to apply. You must also sit for the USMLE.
Exact information and requirement is available on the websites of the universities. You must start communicating with the department, and need to be accepted by the university before going forward.
