You can do M.Ed from IGNOU.
The candidate needs to have completed B.Ed. with a minimum of fifty five percent marks. Hi Janaki, it can be between 2.5 to 2.7 depending on the university's grading scale. On a scale of 10 your CGPA can be between 6.5 to 6.9. There is no official standardized grading system, you need not convert it yourself, the university will do it as per their grading policies. You will be able to submit your percentage marks on the application form.

Depends on how strict the university is with it's evaluation. What a Ph.D applicant requires is excellent research skills, some great recommendation letters and you must be good with networking. Share your profile details and research topics and interests with university supervisors, see who can recommend you. Email universities for your degree assessment and eligibility. It is best you communicate with universities directly.
