Hello Admit Kumar,
It is very interesting and nice to see that you are interested in carrying out some research work in computer Science and engineering department. Presently in India, for getting registration for doing doctorate, you need to appear for an examination conducted by the university for this purpose and clear it. Hello Vidya, Your query is quite interesting. However psychology is a very interesting and tough subject in itself. Merely because you are having a Masters in software engineering will not make you eligible to do both UG and PG simultaneously in any university. You will have to do first UG and after completion of it you will be eligible to pursue your PG in psychology. Perhaps if you can check on the website of IGNOU & if they allow you to do post graduation in psychology based on your graduation in engineering then you can do your PG in psychology directly from IGNOU. Best wishes to you.
