Hi Anuradha,
First of all, you must know that getting a full scholarship as a foreign applicant is very tough. Scholarships are often merit basis and are given by universities. If you want a scholarship you must be a brilliant student. For a full scholarship you must raise your standards, have excellent grades, outstanding profile overall. Some universities also offer scholarship based on family income but you must be a brilliant student anyways.

MBA is a traditional approach to management studies and PGDM is a modern approach. MBA is more focused towards increasing your theoretical knowledge and less of practical skills whereas PGDM is more concerned towards practical skills. MBA is a bit affordable and PGDM is a bit costly, else both are management degrees.
