Hi you can pursue CS along side B.Com. If you're sure that you can manage both at the same time then you should definitely take it up but do continue your B.Com as well. The career options are good when you combine both B.Com and CS. Stages to become a Company Secretary:

Nanotechnology after class 10th is your query. Right? Presently at least the syllabus for class 11th and class 12th is tightly controlled by the states or the CBSE, and there could be a chapter on nanotechnology, but definitely it will not be a full-fledged subject. Nanotechnology is a much specialized branch and presently it is available at the post-graduation level only. So, you will have to do your graduation in Science or technology, and then look for specialization in nanotechnology at that point in time. Best wishes to you.

As per the present indication and information the exam is scheduled to be held on 19th of May 2019 and the application fill up will start roughly 2 months before this that. But I am sure this date is likely to change since JEE Advanced is scheduled to be held on 19th of May. For OMS students apart from CET ATMA, CMAT, CAT, MAT scores all are accepted. You just have to go through the CAP round directed by DTE for MMS and MBA admission. CAP rounds are not for PGDM admission.

Lateral entry into B.E./B.Tech is based on your Diploma aggregate. There is not separate entrance Test for lateral entry into engineering colleges in Maharashtra. Some colleges may conduct their own entrance test. But maximum colleges follow the procedure set by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra.
