Nanotechnology after class 10th is your query. Right? Presently at least the syllabus for class 11th and class 12th is tightly controlled by the states or the CBSE, and there could be a chapter on nanotechnology, but definitely it will not be a full-fledged subject. Nanotechnology is a much specialized branch and presently it is available at the post-graduation level only. So, you will have to do your graduation in Science or technology, and then look for specialization in nanotechnology at that point in time. Best wishes to you.

As per the present indication and information the exam is scheduled to be held on 19th of May 2019 and the application fill up will start roughly 2 months before this that. But I am sure this date is likely to change since JEE Advanced is scheduled to be held on 19th of May.
