It depends where you pursue your bachelors degree from. If you pursue it from a good universities in any of the locations that you have mentioned, then definitely it will add more to your profile as you would also gain international exposure and would do some networking as well. But, if you do not from an average university or less than average university, the value of the Indian degree might just be more(again, the university in India should have a good brand name).

Well this would entirely depend on your interest and also to an extent to your career path that you wish to opt in future.
