The eligibility for general candidates is minimum graduation and the candidate should be in the age limit of 21 to 30 years. So perhaps you are eligible to apply. The notification for application would come in Feb 2011, the last date of application would be somewhere around mid of march 2011 and the prelims exam is in 12th June 2011. Keep checking the weekly Employment news paper (Rojgar samachar) for the exact dates.
