Well if you are preparing for the UPSC exams, it is best that you start well in advance and to put in your best of efforts toward the same. There is no such set pattern by which you can qualify for the exams as well.
As for the subject is concerned, this will entirely depend on your interests and also your education background.
To strengthen your chances to qualify for the UPSC, it is always referred to opt for a good coaching institute as this may definitely help it terms of providing a lot of support and help.

To most of the engineering institutes in India, it is important that you qualify an entrance like AIEEE, IIT JEE, GATE etc depending on the level of course you wish to pursue.
Getting admission through management quota is quite difficult without appearing for any entrance and it is even more difficult to provide you the name of the institutes which do have a provision of admissions through management quota.

r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
