There are many institutes in India offering SAP like SIEMENS, Genovate, Delphi etc which are the education partners for SAP Inc. In Kanpur the options may be just a few in regards to get a good institute option here but then you may try for the ones like NIIT, SAP Tree, SAP India etc.

Well if you are preparing for the UPSC exams, it is best that you start well in advance and to put in your best of efforts toward the same. There is no such set pattern by which you can qualify for the exams as well.
As for the subject is concerned, this will entirely depend on your interests and also your education background.

To most of the engineering institutes in India, it is important that you qualify an entrance like AIEEE, IIT JEE, GATE etc depending on the level of course you wish to pursue.
