Along with the aspects like good communication skills, customer delight and interaction which are more or less the key towards having a successful career as a guide, you would also need to have a good knowledge as for the history is concerned. As for learning different languages is concerned, this will definitely add a lot of value to your profile with accentuating your chances to interact with people of different cultures, and backgrounds.

Hi Sharath,
Engineering and Law are entirely two different fields and has no similarity to one another. Opting from either of the two courses would entirely depend on your area of interest. If you are good in your Physics and Maths, then you can definitely opt for the Engineering. Well. It depends. If you feel that you can study well and get into one of the older IIMs next yaer, then YES, you should take a drop and prepare.
The reason being that IIM is a big brand and an education from there can not only fetch you a good job but also be helpful in future (for further education or job switching).
Another reason being that the quality of learning you get there (in terms of fellow students, alumni and the faculty) is definitely better that Tier 2/3 colleges.
Also, just in case you cannot make it to the older IIMs, you can also get into the newer IIMs or other private colleges (e.g. SP-Jain, MDI-G, JBIMS, NMIMS, etc.),

Hi Sanchita,
Nano science refers to the study of objects that are very tiny and are in the range of ten to hundreds of nanometers. Nanotechnology, on the other hand, is the actual manipulation, application, to produce different phenomena, or specific technologies and applications.
Nano Science and Nano Technology both have great career prospects and one can pursue a bright career in the same. Nano Science is the core stream in which you can also look in to the Research aspect.
There are institutes in India offering courses in the same and to know about it you may refer to the following link:
