Its good to know that you wish to work abroad, however in the present day scenario job situation in US and Australia is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
Getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the native of that country first and then with the remaining international candidates.
Please remember no course or universities guarantees job to students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
