According to me there is no issue regarding ur academic record. You did really well especially after ur 10th grade. Now you should focus on ur future and go for MBA programme.
Suggestion from my side u should try for gate exam too and try for public sector firm too. They offer good salary and stable career if you perform well than sky is the limit.

JBIMS does accept MAT and ATMA scores and you will fall under the 15% seats reserved for All India Seats, the cut-off for which goes around 99.99 percentile. I am not very sure if it will accept May 2016 scores.

You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission.
