Hi,
As you are pursuing undergraduate degree in ECE, so once completed you can pursue masters degree in same or related fields as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
In order to pursue MS degree from universities in US you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 300-320 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

Advertising and PR is one of the most demanded profession in media calls for people with creativity and hard work.
Advertising field requires a lot of creativity and innovation. In advertising one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging.
