Hard to comment if it's easy or not as the universities mentioned are very competitive. If you have excellent grades and an impressive profile there is no reason why the universities won't accept you. Submitting applications on time is very important. Check academic requirements carefully. Communicate with them, exchange emails. Check with your professors for your recommendation letters and write a strong motivational personal statement.
