Hi Vipin, most universities do not accept, some which do include Carnegie Mellon University and Northwestern University to name a few. Please check the websites for updates and program specific requirements. It is best you select a few universities you want to apply to and mail them. If your profile is strong enough and you have a good GRE score they will encourage you to apply. Don't worry, they are very helpful. Most universities accept three years Bachelor degree from IITs, BITs etc so you must contact them before applying.
