It is very difficult to get admitted in Engineering after completing Arts in India. However, you can go for BCA is you have good mathematical aptitude. Post BCA you must pursue MCA to strengthen your profile as a software engineer.
If some private college offers engineering admission to you even though you don't have suitable background for engineering, DO NOT go for it. There are colleges who will offer admission to anyone. Don't fall in their trap. Your background is not ideal for engineering right now. Take the right path and go for BCA.

PUC is the short form for Pre University Courses. It is also called PDC - Pre Degree Courses.
2nd PUC is equivalent to 12th.
In some states like Maharashtra it is also called Junior College. Students take admission in PUC/Junior College after 10th grade.

Hello Sumit,
Both are totally different disciplines.
However, the engineering approach is same.
ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM, etc.) communicate with each other. It has more physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much.
CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. It has a lot of logic involved and maths too.
Good luck.
Thank you.

Which university is your college affiliated to?
To score well you need to study very well and thoroughly. Books provided by college are usually enough if you are pursuing engineering from an autonomous college. However if your college is not autonomous, then you must solve previous year's papers and work very hard.
