There is no %age creteria for Distance Learning mode.
There are good Universities Like IGNOU, ALGAPPA, ANNAMALAI, CHENNAI uniersity which offer Eng (Hons) By Distance Learning and degree is valid through out India.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program from B-schools in India, so regarding this please remember Indian B-schools do accepts GMAT scores also.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT etc.

First complete your B.Com. with Excellent scores. You can pursue CA either dedicatedly full-time and work and pursue it.

Cause if you are studying Bio group it is useless to have GNIIT or Other IT course.
If you are Electronics or CS/IT group then you can go for IT courses and Programming Languages.
Foreign Language will be added advantage whether u study Bio or CS in BSc.
They are available through Distance Learning too from Universities like
Annamalai, Chennai University and Madurai kamraj University.
If you are inclined towards management then you can go for certificate or diploma in Magt through Distance learning in the specialization you like most.
