In order to pursue Phd from abroad you need:
1. Decide in which country you wish to pursue Phd.
2. Once decided you need to then shortlist the universities offering course of your interest.
3. After shortlisting the universities you need to then find out the eligibility criteria for admission and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
