In order to pursue Masters in US universities, a student need to score at least 50%-60% of marks during their undergraduate degree.
Most of US universities requires student to take up GRE test, if they are planning to pursue MS, and scoring good in GRE will definitely increases the chance of getting the admission.

Frankly speaking if you are doing your MBA from a decent B-School like IIMs, MDI, FMS etc. it definitely would give you good returns on investment and will help you getting best of job opportunities but apart from the institute it would largely depend on your own caliber, performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of placement interviews.
I would like to add here that if you have an M.Pharm degree MBA in Hospital administration or health care would be a good option.
