As rightly suggested by Suryap, while choosing the specialization the most important things that you should keep in mind, is your own interests and career aspirations. Marketing can be good for People with good communication skills, leadership qualities and who like traveling a lot. HR is for people who have great people's skills. It also involves lots of paper work and training & development. So depending on the area of your passion you can choose your specialization.
