If you are looking for an MBA through a regular mode or even any of the decent Distance Universities like IGNOU you need to have completed your graduation. However, if you want to do it the way you have done your PGD programme there would be several private Institutes through which you can do MBA.
Advisable would be that you complete your graduation and try and get into some decent full time MBA or else if you can not do so you should look for some other options in the field of your interest.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career field is your own interests and career aspirations, so if you feel that you have a knack for Management as a career you must go ahead with MBA, because in the long term you can only excel in the career for which you have passion from inside and what I could gauge from your query is that you have interest in MBA so go ahead.
