Besides the IIM's & other institutes which Mr Arun Dev has rightly advised, you can also think of Delhi Business school, S.P.Jain Institute of Management etc. You have not specified if you want to do MBA through regular mode of education or through distance education. In case you want to do through distance education then SMU. Symbiosis, ICFAI, IGNOU are also good.

May be you can opt for MBA (IT), where you do need technical expertise but only to head a technical department. You won't be doing the actual coding or programming yourself but you will have enough knowledge to devise strategies to streamline IT projects. Plus, it is a very upcoming field and companies these days do have CTO (Chief Technical Officer) and CIO (Chief Information Officer) as parallel positions to other C-positions in the corporate world.
