There are many but I did not understand what you meant by special courses and also you have a degree in CSE so universities will ask you why you want to pursue interior designing now. AFMC students have compulsory liability to serve as Commissioned Officers in the Armed Forces Medical Services. The offer of the type of commission Permanent Commission (PC) or Short Service Commission (SSC) will depend on the vacancies available. You may take the entrance exam for NIT and enrol for course in fashion designing. Several other institutes like Symbiosis has their own entrance exam.

As you have computers as your subject, you can go for MCA. If you are interested in history, you can opt for MA in history.
you can also appear for CAT or MAT exam and pursue MBA in a reputed B-school.

If you have wish to go for higher studies, then you can join B.Tech through lateral entry. You can do PG Diploma courses provided by different Reputed FTI (foreman Training Institutes) under Government of India.
FTI - Bangalore is a good institute providing such courses.
