If you specifically want to go for management course in banking and finance, then program conducted by ICICI and AXIS bank is a good option for job and placement.They give PGD in banking and finance.
Also, NIIT offers a course in banking and finance.

Last year's AFMC (MBBS) cut-off (minimum marks scored in AIPMT to be called for interview) was 478 marks out of 720 for boys and 537 marks out of 720 for girls. You need to score around this.
