Well, there is no age limit as such fixed as of now, as the earlier upper age bar was lifted by the Supreme Court on a PIL filed by 2 aspirants.
However, there is an upper age bar on judicial services exam, which differs from state to state for instance, in UP the upper age limit is 35 years while in Haryana it is 40 years.
And, for Delhi also it may be fixed to 32 years most probably.
So, you do not have any age limit to do LLb, but if you aim at judiciary, then you have to make sure to complete the degree within the age limits of judicial services exams of a respective state you look for.
However, you may choose to appear for Higher Judi

The upper age limit which was 22 years was lifted. So, now a person may pursue 5-year course even at age of 45 years as well. However, it has been earlier the situation that at such an age, only 3-year course was available, but owing to the latest orders no such bar applies. Also, through distance learning, you may do the course at any age. However, the course may lose its significance, as the course was drafted for young students after their class 12th, but nevertheless there is a right to education for every citizen.

Hello,
This is a very interesting question to answer. As per the guidelines of the University Grant Commission i.e. UGC, there are two different course of study. One is regular course and another is distance course. If you are planning to pursue both M.Com and LLB together in a regular course, then you are not permitted to do such. Because, UGC does not permit two regular courses simultaneously. At a point of time, UGC wanted to approve the scheme of two regular courses at the same time. For this purpose, they have consulted with many academicians, but the result was not positive as they did not receive any positive response so far fro

Hey,
Let me cut all the unnecessary stuff and come directly to the question that you asked. I hope you are aware of the pattern of AILET and how is it different from CLAT. If you are not aware, CLAT is a 200 marks exam with negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer. The exam is conducted online and has to be attempted within 2 hours. AILET, on the other hand, is a 150 marks, an offline exam with no negative marking.
Coming to the syllabus part, there is no much difference in the syllabus except for the fact that AILET tests your in-depth knowledge of a subject. So, you would have to focus more on static history portion. Further, th

Hi there,
Well, the university doesn't have much reputation in terms of placements as such. Also, the 5 year integrated course has been recently introduced in last 3-4 years and still the first batch has to pass out.
The claims as to placements in campus are not really true as none of the recruiters are available as of now for the Law course and not a single student has been placed yet to the best of my knowledge .
Also, you have opportunities which any graduate would have after completing his or her graduation.
Also, a traditional university doesn't have much to offer as such.
You may rather prefer a specialized institute in law for better
