if u r intrested in eng. in computer stream every engg. colledge has courses in (c.s. & i.t.) both syllabus is also almost same. u can opt as per ur choice. u can give compt. exam to get engg. colledge and good campus and also opt for private engg. colledges but their fees is high.

You must look for the notification for NDA exams in the employment news and other leading papers where the notification comes out. You must study for Maths,Physcis,Chemistry and Biology. The said above papers also brings notification in regards to short service commission for women. Read all the entrance exams given in the Competition Success and Books on the market for NDA.Your age is the right eligibility for the same
