Both BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) are popular undergraduate courses that can lead to rewarding careers. The choice between the two depends on your interests, skills, and career goals. Hotel management is a sought after course. There is scope both in India and overseas. In order to be eligible, you must be atleast 10+2. Certificate courses last for upto 6 months to even 1 year. Diploma could be more than a year and upto 2 years and a formal degree would be around 3 years. There will be entrance exams and cut off marks and also interviews/ &group discussions in order to take the students. This depends on University. The most famous examination is the NCHMCT JEE or National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination. The other famous national level examination is International Institute of Hotel Management Electronic Common Hotel Admission Test 2018 or IIHM eCHA
The scope is excellent in food and beverages, airlines, crew management, hospitality, entertainment, sales and marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, kitchen facilities etc.

You can apply for B. Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. There are many good universities that provide B. Des in fashion, Interior, and Product design, and more. To name a few:

It is good to hear that you have such a high ambition in your career. You should understand the basics of physics, chemistry, mathematics and computers that you will be learning in class 11th and 12th.
You should ensure that your marks are above 80% in class 12th board examinations. Along with these, you also need to prepare for competitive exams. Books for preparations for IIT-JEE / AIEEE are easily available in the market. It is recommended that you can join a good IIT coaching institute as well. They will help you to understand the concept better.
Then, you need to apply and appear for IIT-JEE Mains and IIT-JEE Advanced after completing your class 12th board examination and score good. I wouldn't recommend dropping a year or so after class 12th board examinations for preparations for competitive entrance examinations.
However, I would also advise you to appear for other entrance examinations as well. This serves as a backup plan, if things don't end up as per you had planned. You should also appear for AIEEE and state level examinations (COMEDK for Karnataka, EAMCET for Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, OJEE for Odisha, etc.).
