You can go for engineering through IIT-JEE. You can pursue BBA, B.Com or BCA in the stream you like. You can also go for medical stream and pursue MBBS/BDS or similar medical courses. If you have interest in architecture and designing, you can join B.Arch. Students do opt for Bachelors in mass communication. There are plenty of options after completing 12th.

If you want to get a government job just after 12th studies, then you can apply for SSC CHSL Exam or Railway Exams. The eligibility criteria required for these exams is 12th class and if you want to get a really good job then firstly complete your graduation and then apply for Bank Exams - IBPS PO, SBI PO, or SSC CGL, etc.
