You will first have to pursue LL.B as the minimum qualification to pursue LLM is a bachelor degree in law.
There are many Universities in India offering the LL.B courses and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

As you have done your graduation in BSc. Comp. then I don't think you should go for an event management course or any other media course as it will be completely a different field. But as you have asked this question, I would like to give you the details about the course. Media is broad term and has a lot to offer such as Journalism, Advertising, PR, etc. but as you are very much interested in Event management and Advertising, I would explain them to you. Event management field requires a lot of creativity and innovation.

Frankly speaking in India to do MBA one doesn't require work experience & as you have already CA and about to complete your CFA both the options (i.e. to do a job for few years (5-6) and then go for EMBA or to do MBA and then go for a high profile job) are open to you. Depending upon your interests and career aspirations you can opt for your career path.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

For career in HR you need not to be fom a healthcare background, even from the academic perspective, however it is also a good options.
Working in HR thats too only in healthcare sector may limit your experience but everyone have their own career choices (In my HR career, I never have been in same sector whenever I changed my job) but if you are comfortable with Human Resources and only in healthcare sector
But if you are looking for a broad prospective, you should choose operation, general management (such as Master of Hospital Administration from TISS or Symbiosis (full time) only

With the kind of scores you have got you won't be able to get into good B-Schools so, advisable would be that you reappear for CAT next year and try and get into a decent college or try to get admission in some of the Private Institutions which either take direct admissions or take their own Entrance Examination which is of much easier level than CAT
The colleges you can target with this score are: NDIM, EMPI, Asia Pacific, Amrita, Suryadatta, and Skyline etc.
