I would request that whenever, you put up such query do specify in which field you have done your graduation, what is your educational background, in which field you have work experience etc. All these things will help us to guide you in a right direction.
However, government Job definitely has a secured career path but only if you feel that you would be happy going into government sector and your interests lies in the field you are opting for go for it. Hi,
No you are not eligible to apply in Canada for the bachelors in computer science program as the degree requirement is Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class 12th whereas you have commerce. You can either pursue a 2 year diploma in computers and then apply for a bachelors program in computers in Canada, or look for a management related program

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts.
