Hi,
The job prospects are still on a recovering mode in UK and france but as of now, the number of jobs compared to 2 years back have drastically increased. It is expected that the job scenario will be good after 2 years.
France is indeed a very good location to pursue MBA. It has 2 top universities in the world i.e. HEC(Paris) and INSEAD.

Distance Education is not a problem but you are not eligible to pursue your studies in Us due to the reason that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement by most of the universities in the US is a 4 year degree or equivalent. If you want admission in a reputed B School, then target a percentage above 75 in your undergrad. Also, you require 2 years of work experience to pursue your MBA from a reputed B school, as well as would require a good GMAT score above 650(preferably 700).

In order to pursue your masters in mechanical from a reputed university, you must fulfill the below mentioned criteria:
1) Have a 4 year degree and score atleast 75% and above.
Note* 75% and above makes you eligible to apply to universities like MIT, University of California. Provided you score lower, you will be still eligible to apply to many universities.
2) GRE: Score atleast 1200+ in the GRE to make it to a good university.
3) TOEFL: score atleast 90+
If you fulfill the above mentioned criteria, you would be eligible to apply to the good universities in USA & Canada.

Hi,
1) Yes there are certain exams that have to be taken but that depends on the course you want to apply to. For example, undergrad courses require SAT, Engineering/Arts master courses require GRE, management master courses require GMAT. What course do you want to apply for?
2) Such exams are held throughout the year on different dates. You cannot give any exam more than 5 times(4 for some exams) in a year.
3) Scholarships are available for students but again, i can give you the details only if you let me know the name of the course that you wish to apply for. Do let me know so that i can solve your queries accordingly.
