r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.

1) GRE Exam: Preferable score 700 in each section i.e. quant and verbal with an overall score of 1400 and above.

To be eligible to write the exam for the IPS officer,the minimum eligibility requires to be graduate from a good and recognized University and the maximum age not to be exceeded by 30 years.
The candidates are recruited to the Indian Police Service (IPS), either through the Civil Services Examination, or through the selection/promotion of the officers from their state cadre designations.The Civil Services Exam comprises three stages, preliminary exam; main exam and interview procedures. What i feel is BBA and LLB both 2 different stream. Both can not be merged. first u decide in which line u wanted to go then only choose the degree program. If u want to go in Marketing line then only choose BBA with MBA but if u want to become a lawyer then choose LLB.
Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry as well. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers. If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach.
