HI Saumya,
As per the details given by BHU, to pursue Masters in Psychology, the minimum eligibility is B.Sc. (Hons.)/B.Sc, securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. Course). The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject.
Admissions are made through an Entrance Examination Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) generally conducted between May/June every year and the notification shall be released in this month only.

HI Vishwas, in France you will rarely find this course. At least I could not find this course while looking option for you. Hence, I would like to suggest Germany to you, which is very well known for courses in Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering. Its just the best for this subject. Though the education is not entirely free in Germany but offered at a subsidized rate of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to about Euro 740 per annum.
Students are also allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 half days.
