Nanyang Technological University and NSU have good programs leading to MBA and PhD. Content of Mathematics and Statistics courses will be high and some of the courses need high level of these two subjects. What is the proportion of Management / Social science related subjects in your ECE course. If it is nil or very few, better you learn some basic courses in Accountancy and Finance before landing there. I hope you know how to use MS Excel for decision making - like calculating NPV, IRR etc. Once you have decided to go to singapore, do some preparatory work in India - because you are from an Engineering background trying to shift to Management

IIMC is a very reputed institute for Journalism. Admission is done on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by them. It wont be possible to give you the exact details as the pattern keeps on changing, but usually the paper is aptitude based. Starting with media I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc.

HI Vishwas, in France you will rarely find this course. At least I could not find this course while looking option for you. Hence, I would like to suggest Germany to you, which is very well known for courses in Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering. Its just the best for this subject. Though the education is not entirely free in Germany but offered at a subsidized rate of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to about Euro 740 per annum.
Students are also allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 half days.
