The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc. To be eligible for the same, you would be required to take the GRE and TOEFL. To get admission in a good university, target scores above 1400/90 in the GRE/TOEFL

Hi Lohith, MS in Microwave and Radar is a highly specialised course and is not offered by any university in Germany according to my knowledge. But there are other universities that offer related courses you can look into these for related courses Uni Duisburg-Essen/Duisb, University of Magdeburg and TU Chemnitz. The criteria to get admission in Germany is to have IELTS/TOEFl and GRE. Getting admission would depend a great deal on the university you have completed your course from.

Hi Reetu, first of all you will have to get your research proposal approved from the University. HEre are some Universities that offer Mass communication course Griffith, Macquarie, Queensland University of Technology. But getting a scholarship and stipend depends completely on your profile. Your proposal and background has to be good enough to avail what you are looking for. These things are completely in the hands of the Faculty and research guide.
