Hi Gaurang,
The options generally taken by B.Com students are CA, CS, CWA, CPM, CFA and several other certification programmes. Courses like CA, CWA, CS etc. has an articleship or on job training in which you can earn while learning, but as far as other certifications are concerned you may not have that training option, but as all the rest of certifications are on self study basis you can take up a job alongside, this way you would be able to get a certification as well as would be able to earn.
As far as CFA certification is concerned, CFA provided by ICFAI would be its equivalent but then CFA from CFA Institutes has global recognition and much better reputation than CFA ICFAI, so advisable would be that if you want to go for CFA go for it through CFA institute only.
