The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.

To study a management course in Canada, you have to fulfill 2 requirements:
1) Have a 4 year degree or equivalent. If you have a 3 year degree, you are only eligible to pursue a diploma and not a degree.
2) Take the GMAT. Target a score above 650 if you want admission in a top university. The higher you score, the better universities you can apply to.

As you have got a low score in your graduation, it would difficult to get into a decent B-School with this score as almost all the good B-Schools would require you to appear for Entrance Examinations for which the eligibility is 50 % aggregate marks in graduation from a recognized University. However, you can try for other finance related programmes like CFA, CS, CWA, etc. which you can try for as these programmes doesnt have minimum percentage cutoff.
