Well, depends on your interest really. Software and IT field is more widely present and hence might prove relatively easy to find jobs. Hardware sector, I would advise to shortlist the firms to work with, even if startups, take up internships and then follow it up with full time job.

Alam don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. Both the colleges are good. They have a good track record. According to ranking, RV is above. I would suggest you to consider which particular course you want to do, what is the kind of response from the alumni for that course in both colleges and also the placement opportunities. You can also see the distance from home and ease to travel back and forth for 4 years. All the best.
