Entry and eligibility criteria depends where you want to apply. Every country and also every university has different admission requirements. To apply for Bachelor degree in engineering you must have good academic scores, you must take your SAT ( depends where you want to apply), take the IELTS or TOEFL. Better guidance could be given if you can mention your grades and country preference if you have any yet. Feel free to share.

Universities in Germany are very competitive. With 67%, its going to be very tough as most of them prefer students with more than 80%. You should however try applying, taking your IELTS, learingn German language as most Bachelor degree courses are offered in German language only.

1. MBA if you wish to be in management sector.

If you have done your 12th from CBSE, you can do it from open schooling.
You can give one or two paper in on demand exam scheme by applying through this mark sheet, you will get a new marksheet from NIOS which is applicable in all the colleges.
