To get a good job in the IT field, a degree is not sufficient, you need to have strong technical knowledge as well. Both the courses are good but in today's world, there is more demand of technical people. So, B.Tech is the best option but do it from a good college. B.Sc is also a good choice if you have interest in teaching.
