After diploma engineering, you can fill the form of DRDO. Every year, DRDO conducts it's own exam I.e CEPTAM to recruit students for the job where you can do research. It's a great idea but for that, you will have to work hard. Do more study and more preparation to get select in DRDO.

PGDM is an AICTE accredited course offered by institutions that aren't affiliated to universities. The advantage they have is that the best PGDM colleges are those which will continually update their PGDM curriculum to be in step with the current industry scene. If you did 12th, you can do BBA course but if you are pushing for a technical course, you should do B.Tech. You should make career in a technical course. Why are you going for management after B.Tech? You can do MBA as it will be good for you but choices is yours.

In Uttarakhand, only JBIT Institute is providing good placement for CSE, Electronics and EEE students. So choosing JBIT is a good option. Moreover, its fee structure is also low in comparison with COER, Graphic Era University and DIT.

There are a large number of coaching institutes in Hyderabad. However, there is no independent agency for accreditation and hence it's not possible to rank these. Many claim success after results are announced but what's not announced is the ratio of successful candidate to total students with them. I will, therefore, advise you to join coaching class that is most suitable to approach.
