I would like to inform you about 1 thing that you are not eligible to pursue your education in US or Canada due to the reason that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement is a 4 year degree or equivalent. You can either pursue a PG diploma of 1 year duration and then apply to these countries, else, look for a university in UK. If you would look for a university in UK, you are not required to take the GRE and GRE is not required in UK.
