The basic requirement for admission is good English both written and verbal, minimum qualification required is graduation from a recognized university. No you cannot do in this year because you have to submit all mark lists of all the semesters during the time of admission.

As per the information given by you, you have done a course in Aviation, pursuing B.Sc IT and now planning to pursue MBA in HR. If we broadly try to compare, there seems no connection between the three courses mentioned by you but if you are still keen to pursue a career in the field of Human Resource Management only then you may opt for the MBA in HR course.
