Noone can decide any college for you as of now because of your percentage. Your percentage is very much on the lower end being 75% required by most universities in Canada. You should take the GRE first and target a score in between 1400-1500. If you can reach the 1500 mark, only then think about studying in Canada, else you should drop your plan.

Admission in Jamia is done usually on the basis of entrance exam. The basic requirement for admission is good English both written and verbal, minimum qualification required is graduation from a recognized university. No you cannot do in this year because you have to submit all mark lists of all the semesters during the time of admission.

As per the information given by you, you have done a course in Aviation, pursuing B.Sc IT and now planning to pursue MBA in HR. If we broadly try to compare, there seems no connection between the three courses mentioned by you but if you are still keen to pursue a career in the field of Human Resource Management only then you may opt for the MBA in HR course.
