if you are looking for regular course, u need to crack FMS exam generally scheduled in the second week of January every year. post exam, they have GD/PI and extempore.
for part-time MBA, you need tpo crack the same FMS exam, followed by an interview.

First of all, i would like to share with you that you have a very good profile and have a chance of making it to the top universities. I would try to answer your questions in points:
1) Job prospects are good. However, i cannot give you any specific data to prove the same because job prospects are more university specific. We need to finalize universities first, only then can i provide you with data.
2) VLSI design comes with Electronics as well as Mechanical. Which field are you interested in? Please let me know.

No Master degree can be pursued only after completing bachelors degree it is supreme courts ruling no recognized university can admit anyone without three years graduation degree course number of years of service cannot substitute it so think for completing graduation if you dream doing MBA

Yes you can go for top colleges(depending upon eligibility criteria). Some colleges have there own entrance exams for example GGSIPU , DU . For them you need to keep a proper check of opening on admissions , seats and exams.

2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
4. How much u will get after MBA?
5. Dose ur base degree get enhanced after MBA or your line get changed after doing MBA?
6. Are u choosing MBA after seeing to the others?
7. How about ur communication Skills?
8. Does Money is the only criteria in career or Job satisfaction also does matter?
Just think twice and thrice and if ur answer comes to yes then only chose MBA. Otherwise there are lot of other fields where u can make ur career in less amount of money as well as
