Hi Balraj,
Although, you can join Masters level programme from any University after completing your BA degree but most of the good Universities require graduation from a recognized University and I am really doubtful that Mumbai Hindi Vidyapeeth is a recognized University.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

yes you can. degree is only passport to enter in company. and what really matters is your knowledge in relevant field. as you did your bsc,you go for certification courses like java,.net,oracle,etc. (i dont know about GNIIT) at the end companies (including MNC) prefers knowledge than degree. if you are giving more output than engineer then you get more pay than them. just focus on what you can do. and BSC is also a good.
just check GNNIT yourself because quality of courses varies according to cities/number of students in particular branch.

Hi Ashish,
As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment on a particular Institute, however, IIRE is a decent Institute but your career prospect will not only depend on this certificate but also your educational background, your knack for the field in which you are planning to make your career and the most important thing is your own capabilities, how you perform on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned.
I would also request you to always mention your complete education background so that we can guide you in better fashion.
