Dear its simple, kindly go back to your school from where you did your 10th & 12th. Thre is a small legal formality to complete and after that the education department will issue you duplicate certificates for both of the courses, than only you can apply for your Graduation.

If you want to do law through Mumbai University there is one college providing night shift part time LLB under Mumbai University which is Shri Madhavji Lall Welfare & Educational Trusts Lords College of Law. If you are planning to do it through Distance learning Mumbai University doesnt provide Distance learning LLB. However, Mumbai University does provide 3 yrs LLB through various affiliated colleges, for more information please check the link below:

Do not entertain any certificate from the local / private institute. kidnly check the study centre list on respective universities website that you want to pursue the course from. If IMI has their name in their listing, go ahead or else you know what to do - right ?

No institutes / College / University themselves provide student loans. The student loan lookout is absolutely on the bank. The bank terms and conditions keep on changing from State to State. Kindly check with your local bank for more info. Usually the banks gives loans if the course fee is above 50,000 rupees.

Hi,
In order to apply for bachelors in engineering in US, you would need to fulfill the following requirements:
1) SAT: You are required to take the SAT.
2) English Proficiency Score: your are required you score atleast 100 in the TOEFL IBT.
3) SOP: SOP(Statement of Purpose) is another very important component of your application. The better the SOP, the better the chance of admission.
A 2 year gap in education would definitely make a difference and is a point of concern. If you can justify to the university that you were justified when you took the 2 year gap, i don't think it would create much of a problem.
